Replacement/Refund Policy

Replacement and Return are only applicable under the following conditions-:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to help us improve our products and processes.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item(s) must be in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) are damaged or defective.
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • We reserve the right to reject any refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
